The approved prelaunch policy is age 18+, United States only, with email records scheduled for deletion after 180 days. This build has no release-authorized capture connection, so it cannot accept or save an email address.
Operator and controller status
The stated operator is PlayerTradr (legal entity formation in progress). Legal entity formation remains in progress. PlayerTradr email collection stays off until a release-authorized notice, PlayerTradr-owned privacy contact, and capture worker are connected together. DeckTradr is not the operator, account provider, or policy owner.
Information the waitlist is designed to collect
The email address a person submits, normalized without provider-specific alias rewriting.
The approved notice version, consent time, allowed page source, and server receipt time.
Keyed, pseudonymous rate-limit buckets used only to prevent abuse. The design does not persist a raw IP address, forwarding chain, device identifier, or user agent in the waitlist record.
No account, payment information, card collection, DeckTradr identity, or recognition image belongs in the prelaunch waitlist.
Purpose and brand separation
The only approved purpose for this design is to record a request for PlayerTradr beta or launch information. Waitlist information is not sold, used to connect a DeckTradr account, or combined with DeckTradr plan, collection, login, or employee identifiers. A later partnership or shared-login design would require a separate, explicit decision and consent flow.
Processing and storage design
If activated, the waitlist record is designed for encrypted DynamoDB storage in a United States AWS region, with aggregate-only operations signals. This describes the technical target; no live DynamoDB write or collection is represented by this draft page.
Retention, access, deletion, and withdrawal
If sign-up is activated, approved email records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Access, deletion, correction, and withdrawal requests must use the PlayerTradr privacy contact published with the active notice. This build is disconnected and does not accept records.
Eligibility
Any activated beta-interest form is limited to people age 18 or older in the United States. The disconnected form does not accept a submission from anyone.
